As we continue our way through the off season and work our way to training camp at the end of the month, we here at The Jet Press will be evaluating all the players entering training camp.

With all the changes to the Jets receiving corps over the last several months, Decker has been shifted to second fiddle in the pecking order with Brandon Marshall‘s arrival. But that seems to be just fine with him during a one-on-one interview with Kimberley A. Martin of Newsday, here is a quote from her article:

“Coach always tries to put you in the best position. But on any team, to have more weapons, guys that can make plays, it does become easier,” Decker told Newsday during a one-on-one interview Tuesday. “He’s one of those guys that has proven it for so long. When you hear the name ‘Brandon Marshall,’ I mean, he’s one of the best. I would say that he definitely makes me a better receiver already because I get to be the 1-2 punch with him.”
